The Small Group Team Leads provide resources, encouragement and information to small group and club facilitators.
INFORMATION
Team Leads are usually involved with 4 to 5 small groups or club facilitators. Team Leads generally meet with each of their facilitators once each month for a time of sharing and encouragement.
